ChauvetLas Vegas FAQ
Do you deliver to Las Vegas?
Yes. We deliver and ship from Los Angeles to venues, convention centers, hotels and warehouses across the Las Vegas valley. Tell us your load-in date and dock details on the quote and we'll confirm freight timing.
Can I rent and buy from the same quote?
Yes. Every item can be rented by the week or bought new, and selected items are available used. Mark each line as rent, buy new or buy used when you add it to your quote.
How far ahead should I book for convention weeks?
As early as you can. Big trade-show and event weeks book up quickly across the city, so send your gear list as soon as dates are set and we'll hold what's available.
Do you sub-rent to Las Vegas rental houses and production companies?
Yes. If you're short on fixtures, consoles or cable for a show, send us the list and dates and we'll quote a sub-rental.
Can you provide crew?
Crew is available on request. Add a note to your quote with the call times and scope.
